Dryplast — These are systems for drying all types of materials. The equipment uses efficient generators to ensure maximum performance with minimum energy consumption. The dryer generates the required amount of air and maintains the required temperature for each type of material.
DEGA has developed several series of dryers, which are used depending on the type of material to be prepared and performance.
Designed for drying non-hygroscopic material. Non-hygroscopic materials do not absorb moisture into the granule; the drying process consists in removing moisture from its surface. The DRY-PLAST hopper dryer has an air pump that sucks in ambient air, heats it up and blows it into the hopper with material. This is the simplest and most economical drying system.

• Siolos volume from 30 to 5000 liters.
• Productivity from 20 to 2500kg / hour.
Silos of TI series are insulated and can be fit directly on the main equipment or stand on the floor with a special frame. The silos are insulated with rockwool and covered with aluminum or stainless steel sheet. Silos volume ranges from 30 to 3000 liters and more.

Performance of DEGA hot air dryers for basic materials, kg / h
Single tower models with zeolite and dry air flow up to 140 m³ / h provide Dew-Point values down to -40 ° C. Working air temperature up to 190 ° C. The drying process and regeneration cycles are fully automatic and factory programmed to maximize efficiency and minimize energy consumption from the particular combination of desiccant and bin with which it is used.

Models of dryers with two towers with a molecular sieve and an air flow from 50 to 140 m3 / h provide air supply with a Dew-Point below -60°C. The operating temperature can be up to 190°C. Drying processes for different materials can be programmed on the control panel. In this way, the operator can select the material to be draied and the system automatically selects the most economical operation cycle based on the amount of material to be processed.

The DDK series has an exclusive patented feature. Zeolite in the drying process is able to absorb moisture up to 20%, molecular sieves are installed on weight cells, registering the maximum allowable weight change, the system begins the regeneration process. In the DDR series, a rotating cellular rotor with a desiccant layer is used as a molecular sieve, which is divided into three compartments that perform various functions: drying, regeneration and cooling. With this system, the working air coming out of the rotor is always at the highest level of the dew point. It is possible to install two heat recuperators to achieve maximum savings.
